In June 2007 it was decided that the Dumpsters should expand their horizons. It was obvious for all to see that they had outgrown the level of the Wandsworth Premiership, and so new opposition was required. After some far from extensive research several venues were selected as possible footballing hotbeds for the Dumpsters to pit their wits against. It was also thought that a weekend away would serve as opportunity for the team to unwind and escape the trappings of success. All fans of the Dumpsters are welcome to attend.

  Location: Budapest, Hungary
Info: Regarded by many as one of world's most beautiful cities, Budapest (the "Paris of the East" and the "Queen of the Danube") has become the most popular travel destination in Central Europe along with Vienna, Kraków and Prague. Millions of tourists visit the city every year. Located on both sides of the Danube River and featuring both the rolling hills of Buda (on the west bank) and the organized, gridlike layout of Pest (east bank), these two very different cities united by convenience into one city offer the traveller a Viennese-style aura at half the price. There's also loads of cheap places to get burgered.
There are dozens of romkocsma (literally translated: ruin-pubs) in the city centre (V.-VI.-VII. districts). These inhabit ruined courts of old houses, therefore they are hard to be found. Ask locals for hints and go for the unique post-socialist atmosphere! New clubs and discos are constantly sprouting up all over Budapest and there is no district especially renowned for its nightlife. The bars offer something for everybody (from sleazy sex bars to calm cafés) and there is plenty of space to experiment. Many bars are open until dawn, although most close at around 0400. Borozos are cheap wine cellars, where it is rare to see women, especially unaccompanied. Sorozos are beer houses that will also serve good and moderately priced food. See full guide here
